Chemical analysis of food products

Our testing laboratory, with over 20 years of experience, performs chemical analyses on food products, including both raw materials and processed goods. All analyses are carried out through a tailored analytical service, aimed at identifying possible adulterants or organic and inorganic contaminants that may pose a risk to human health. Clients can rely on our laboratory for tests such as the filth test, which detects the presence of solid impurities like arthropod fragments, textile fibres, and other foreign bodies, to assess the overall hygiene and safety of the food product.

Tested parameters

The most frequently analysed parameters include the nutritional values of foods, alcohol content and acidity levels in beverages, preservatives such as sorbic and benzoic acid, as well as contaminants and residues (including allergens, heavy metals, mycotoxins, pesticides, etc.). We also carry out analyses for the presence of foreign bodies, minerals, other trace elements, and genetically modified organisms (GMOs).

Our laboratory is ISO 17025 accredited, a certification that guarantees the competence and quality of our processes and analytical results.
