How Real Time PCR Works<\/h2>\n

The Real Time PCR analytical technique uses the linearity of DNA amplification to determine the quantity of a known sequence within a sample<\/strong>. The generation of DNA is measured through a fluorescent reporter in the reaction, which allows growth to be monitored in real time.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This technique is essential to guarantee precise and reliable results in extremely short timeframes. It is particularly useful when it is necessary to intervene promptly to protect the occupants.
